I love this Moringa Coffee. It tastes great. I drink about 3 cups a day and have lost 10 lbs, with little effort although I do walk every day. I'm not a care giver although my husband needs lots of attention. I'm starting him on the Moringa to lose 20 lbs minimum by June 13th when we go to a wedding. I'm not a patient or a caregiver.

The best information I have found on Moringa oleifera was on the website: ForHealthAndWellbeing. It has at the end many references to scientific research on Moringa. I even give my dog an eighth tsp every other day with his meal. As a chemist I research the Scientific Research.

After Chemo middle fingers on both hand’s became locked very painful to pull to straight.I found these Moringa capsules started taking 2 AM 2 PM after 3 days fingers on left hand had totally freed up right hand middle finger still locks up - only use Moringa that is a nice green color , never use if brown in color-I do have osteoarthritis , my hands are the only place I can truthfully say has worked .when I take only once a day my right hand starts locking up again- a Healthy Leaf Moringa capsules also has tea ( bags ) that are not bad tasting ( I’m not a hot tea drinker ) but use some mornings instead of coffee.I could only find this one on line And have been satisfied with how it’s worked for me even though it doesn’t say a thing about helping hands was a pleasant surprise.Read More Read Less

I grow my own Moringa for personal use. I cook the leaves into soups and stir-fries. I eat the tender green pods like giant string beans and I occasionally eat the inner white seed.1. Moringa leavesThe moringa leaves cook nicely as a leafy vegetable in small amounts. I add a small handful to soups and stir fries. No side effects or issues and it is very palatable. I have never taken it in powdered or dried form, but would only try small amounts if you have never had Moringa. I have made tea with the leaves and that was fine, but I don't like the taste as well and stick with adding it to my dishes.2. Tender podsthe green tender pods are very edible and I treat like green beans. Fairly tasty.3. SeedsThe seeds are extremely strong and I follow the advice to not eat more than 2 a day as a fully grown adult male. The seed takes away the taste of sweet for about 40 min to an hour so they are good if you have a sweet tooth and want to avoid sweets once or twice a day. 4. RootsI will not touch the roots (or the bark) because I have read there is concern about a paralyzing toxic effect if too much is consumed. Why risk it when so much of the rest of the tree is usable?Read More Read Less

This is a great source of natural energy. I have narcolepsy and it has given me some extra energy. It has also helped me to lose some weight along with exercise and diet. It has also made my periods much lighter and only last 4 days. I take 2 capsules every morning, ordered them on Amazon.

I've been taking Moringa for several years, in various forms (powder, tea and leaves) and I love it! I add it to my smoothies or drink it as a tea. I started taking it to help lower my high blood pressure and then noticed that I was also losing weight, and it's also good for your immunity and helps to reduce blood sugar levels. It contains dozens of vitamins, minerals, and other phytonutrients.

We actually do not have a vitamin D deficiency. I had to choose one to write this review. We purchased Kuli Kuli Moringa from Costco. My husband got violently ill twice in 2 weeks and the last time was rushed to the hospital. We live in AZ so I thought he was either dehydrated or heat stroke. Today I put 2 tsp in our smoothies and within 2 hrs we were both violently sick!! We have taken many superfoods and never had a reaction like this, ever. Beware and be cautions. I will notify Costco tomorrow.Read More Read Less

Researched moringa as remedy for lower blood pressure. Within an hour I felt very ill. Dizzy heart palpitations. I thought may be it's something else. I left it for two days tried it again and the same things happened. This time I checked blood pressure and it was dangerously high above 200/101. No usually range between 130 to 145 most days. It was very scary experience. Luckily I had some essential oils ylang ylang helichrysum and lavender that I mixed to reduce my heart rate and BP a little bit of on inhalation. Have packed up oil to return to seller on Amazon. I don't know whether the dosage prescribed was wrong. I took 5 ml. Nearly killed me and I am still shaken as BP not down since it happened 5 hi ours ago. Oil packed up ready to go back to seller.Read More Read Less
